Irena Beata Cieslak
About Me
Irena B. Cieslak was born in Poland and has been living in Germany for more than 15 years. She brings extensive experience in project management, administration, and community development, and has been active in the social sector for many years. In various projects, she has specialized in the coordination of educational initiatives, women’s empowerment, and international cooperation.
As part of her work with Ghana Community Development and Life Care (GCDLC), Irena is engaged in the transparent management and allocation of resources that support development projects in West Africa. Her role includes planning, budgeting, and monitoring projects to ensure the efficient and sustainable use of funds.
Through her education in Germany, Irena has gained solid knowledge in accounting, organization, and intercultural communication. She also has hands-on experience in fundraising, digital media work, and project cooperation with international partners.
Her current focus lies in the coordination between European partners and African project structures, the support of educational programs, and the development of networks for sustainable growth. Irena speaks Polish, German, and English fluently, which enables her to work successfully in multinational teams.
With her clear focus on women’s and youth empowerment and her ability to professionally manage administrative processes, Irena makes a vital contribution to the vision of Ghana Community Development and Life Care (GCDLC).
